This iconic, pin up inspired look with winged eyeliner and red lips is being repeatedly paraded down the red carpet by all of our favorite stars, so I’ve been wanting to do this tutorial ever since I got my Lipclick in Cha Cha.  Instead of using black eyeliner, I used a dark grey to soften the look and make it more wearable for life off the red carpet.  This video was especially fun to make since it was my first tutorial with my brand new HD camera (a HUGE thank you to my wonderful husband!), so I hope you all enjoy it!
