Hey everyone, I wanted to apologize for being a little MIA recently.  I had intended to post a couple of tutorials, including my April A List, in the last week, but unfortunately my husband had to have surgery and we only just got out of the hospital yesterday.  However, we are home now and, while we still have a ways to go in his recovery, our lives will start returning to normal.  I’ll be sure to have my April A List up shortly!!  What were your favorite products in April?  Tell me about them in the comments below so that I can try them out too!

While we were going through this ordeal with my husband’s health, there were many times when I was just overcome with worry and fear.  I found comfort only in the Word.  I wanted to share a few of the verses that really got us through this difficult time.

“He is the Rock, His works are perfect, and all His ways are just.  A faithful God who does no wrong, upright and just is He.” – Deuteronomy 32:4

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” -Romans 15:13

The Deuteronomy verse helped me to clear my mind and remember that God has His hand in every part of our lives and His works are always perfect.  The verse from Romans filled me with hope in His plan for us; He will never forsake us.  If you find yourself filled with worry about something in your life, turn to His wonderful Word for comfort and guidance.
