The start of my Pretty Little Liars series has finally made it to GlowofGrace.com! I’ve been so excited about this, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed filming it. I’m starting with Aria because she’s the PLL that I relate to the most. I’ve created an Aria-inspired drugstore makeup tutorial that is affordable for students on a budget, and an outfit to go along with it. I’m not recreating an exact outfit, but rather trying to capture her edgy chic style with pieces that I had in my closet.

The PLL’s truly make for the perfect back to school series because, after all, they’re in high school, so their makeup is very student appropriate. I honestly have no idea if people really dress like this in high school because we had uniforms, but hopefully you can gather some outfit inspiration from this series as well, whether it be for school or the weekend.
I’m not usually brave enough to pattern mix, but I do easily relate to Aria’s style. This was a super fun and easy outfit for me to recreate with some of my favorite pieces from my closet. This skirt from Chicnova is new, but I thought it was the perfect platform for pattern mixing since the color and pattern are simple. After channeling my inner Aria, I’ve realized that playing around with different patterns is awesome. There is definitely more of it in my future.
In addition to relying on pattern mixing to capture her artsy, edgy chic personality, Aria also dresses up her outfits with exceptionally awesome accessories. As an accessory addict myself, I can easily relate and had the best time accessorizing this look.
Be sure you’re subscribed to my YouTube Channel so you’ll know when the next video in the series goes up! Tomorrow I’ve got a fun, Aria-inspired hair tutorial coming for you! Any guesses as to what it could be?
