Urban Decay Smoked Palette: Red Carpet Tutorial

Want to be red carpet ready?!  Then this look is for you.  The Red Carpet look is an extremely pretty version of a smoky eye and would be great for any big event.  It’s actually quite similar to my wedding day makeup.  It’s dramatic and eye-enhancing, but not at all over the top.  I chose to pair it with a sheer pink lip for Thanksgiving since my outfit was completely neutral, but you could go with a nude lip if you wanted.  Watch the video to see how it’s done!

Products mentioned:
mark. Good Riddance Concealer (Light/Med)

Duo Dark Tone Lash Adhesive
Benefit Dallas
Revlon Lip Butter (Berry Smoothie)

Although the instructions in the Lookbook seem tedious, recreating the look really isn’t all that complicated.  However, as I mentioned in the video, I think that they leave out one line of instructions that is referred to later, which makes it confusing, but hopefully I’ve helped clear that up for you!

Did y’all have a good Thanksgiving?  We were lucky enough to celebrate with some of our favorite neighbors and their family since we couldn’t be with our own families.  Of course I ate way too much, and now it’s time to get after it again with my Shakeology & TurboFire before the Christmas eating starts up.

XOXO
