Abs Before Bed Challenge!

Hi Friends!!  December is upon us and the holiday season is in full swing!!  This means oodles and oodles of delicious treats, so what can you do to work that waistline instead of adding to it?  Join my dear friend Erica Lujan‘s Abs Before Bed challenge that starts today, December 3rd!!  It only requires 5 minutes of your time just before you hop in bed.  This is a great way to get yourself in a routine of doing something to improve your fitness before the new year hits.  I’ll be doing it, so who’s with me?!

Here are a few challenge details:
– Go to Erica Lujan Fitness page on Facebook & Like!
– Take only FIVE minutes of your day to work on that 6-pack & improve your fitness!
– Post on her page about how the challenge is going for you and help motivate and encourage others.
