Who else LOVED Beyonce’s fierce smokey eye for her Super Bowl 2013 Halftime Show?!  She looked absolutely amazing!!  I’ve actually been wanting to pair a dark shadow with gold liner for a while, so this seemed like the perfect opportunity.  I couldn’t wait to get a tutorial up, so I hope y’all enjoy my take on this stunning look.

This smokey eye couldn’t be simpler with only one shade, and the gold glittery liner really helps to brighten up the look and keep it from getting too dark.  She paired it with a neutral, well-contoured face and a nude lip, which I think works really well since it keeps all the focus on the eyes.  Speaking of well-contoured, check out my everyday contour and highlighting routine for more detailed instruction.
