Who else is totally obsessed with Gilmore Girls?  It is literally my all time favorite show and I’ve got the whole series on DVD.  I’m even watching it now as I post and upload!  Rory, played by the beautiful Alexis Bledel, always looks absolutely stunning, and she enhances her natural beauty with just the slightest bit of makeup.  I actually really love this look, and think it’s going to be a new go-to for me this summer.  I hope you enjoy!

This is the picture that inspired the look.  Isn’t she SO beautiful?!

Rory always has a flawless, natural look going on.  It’s not exactly “no makeup” makeup, but it’s just a slight enhancement of her natural features.  When you’ve got the most piercing blue eyes, there is no need to draw attention away from them with a bunch of makeup.  Instead of a bunch of eyeliner and mascara, Rory’s eyes are usually defined with matte brown eye shadow to keep her from looking too young and underdone.

The face is kept extremely natural with just a hint of blush to warm up her cheeks.  Rory’s already got nice, angular features, so she doesn’t need a lot of contouring, but there is a little extra definition of her cheekbones at the back of her face.

This look is easy, quick, and absolutely beautiful for a summer day.  Just a touch of eyeshadow, a dab of blush, “and zip, bam, boom! [You’re] out the door!”  Hope you have an amazing weekend, and be sure to try out this look and let me know what you think.  Copper Boom!
