I mentioned in my June Favorites video that I’ve been reaching for my Naked2 Palette a lot recently, so I thought it would be good to show the look that I’ve been wearing nearly every day. It’s only a few steps, so it can be done in a jiffy, but it still allows me to feel polished and put together. So grab your Naked2 palette and let’s get to it, shall we?

Only lining the outer half of my eye is a trick that I’ve been using since high school when I first start wearing eyeliner. Lining the whole way across can quickly get overwhelming on my small, almond shaped eyes. This way I get the benefits of wearing eyeliner without looking like I’m really wearing a lot of eyeliner. I line the waterline to balance it out and define the lashes on the inner half of my eye. If you’ve got eyes like mine, try this technique and let me know what you think!
This would be a great look if you’re wanting to wear a bright lip, but I chose to keep the rest of my face natural as well. The bright pink blush and gloss add the perfect amount of color without looking overdone.
As promised, I’ll be filming a tutorial for Monday’s video to show you how I applied my foundation and covered up my hyper pigmentation and acne scars for this look. I’m not particularly excited to show you my face without makeup because I’m quite self conscious about it, but what kind of beauty vlogger would I be if I didn’t share all of my tips and tricks with you? So I just need to suck it up and pray you’re not frightened away by the sight of my bare face.
Best & Blessings,
Rachel
